This MQA-registered First Aid at Work Refresher course (NAW/8986/2025) is designed to train individuals in essential first aid skills that can save lives and minimize injuries in the workplace.
Whether you're an employee, team leader, or entrepreneur, becoming a certified first aider enhances workplace safety and preparedness.

Key Objectives

✔️ Prepare participants emotionally and psychologically to act as first aiders
✔️ Manage incidents effectively, ensuring safety of all involved
✔️ Arrange for professional emergency help
✔️ Perform Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
✔️ Stop bleeding using pressure and elevation techniques
✔️ Immobilize and support fractured limbs
✔️ Provide clear handover to medical professionals

•    Apply correct procedures in real-life emergencies
•    Prioritize care based on medical needs
•    Record vital signs and use the SAMPLE framework for casualty assessment
